Besides 3D models and inkpainter3d, there's one more thing I've been building: Inkwire, a Twitch and Discord bot with its own web console. It started as a helper for my own stream, and it's now ready for a few more streamers.
What it does
Inkwire takes care of the small things around a stream, so you can focus on the stream itself. Everything is set up in the console, no code needed.
- Alerts for follows, subs, raids, bits and channel point redeems, each with its own sound
- OBS scenes as browser sources: starting soon, BRB, stream end, webcam and chat frames
- Chat commands, automatic messages, quotes and channel point rewards
- Automatic shoutouts when someone raids you, and an emote overlay
- On Discord: a live post when you go live, roles for stream pings, watchtime, temporary voice channels and a mod log
The console and the Discord bot speak German and English. You decide which Twitch permissions Inkwire gets: only the basics are required, everything else you switch on yourself.
How to get access
Access is by invite for now, so I can keep an eye on everything while more channels join. Here's how it works:
- Join my Discord server.
- Type
/zugangthere to send a request. - Once I approve it, the bot sends you a personal invite link by DM. It stays valid for 7 days.
- Open the link, log in with Twitch and pick the features you want.
- Make the bot a moderator in your chat with
/mod inkwirebot.
After that, the "Getting started" page in the console walks you through the rest: overlay, commands, sounds and Discord.
One note: channel point rewards need an affiliate or partner channel, because Twitch only offers channel points there. Everything else works for every channel.
Feedback
Inkwire is still growing. If something doesn't work or you're missing a feature, there's a bug report link right in the console, or just write to me on Discord.
